By accessing or using the Delt platform ("Service"), operated by PT Sarang Nalar Karya (trading as Cognerest), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. If you are under 17, you may only use the Service with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Delt is a managed deployment platform for Laravel PHP applications. The Service includes automated Docker image builds via Google Cloud Build, Kubernetes hosting on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) in the Jakarta region, automatic SSL certificate provisioning via cert-manager and Let's Encrypt, and encrypted environment variable management via Supabase Vault.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Delt offers three plan tiers: Hobby (free — 1 project), Growth (Rp 349.000/month — up to 5 projects), and Business (Rp 699.000/month — up to 15 projects). All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Delt uses a prepaid wallet model. Payments are processed through Midtrans via QRIS, GoPay, bank transfer, and other supported payment methods. Plan costs are deducted monthly from your wallet balance. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance to cover your plan costs.
Wallet balances are non-refundable upon account termination. No debt is incurred at any time — the Service operates on a prepaid basis only.
If your wallet balance is insufficient to cover your plan cost at the time of monthly deduction, your deployments will be suspended (scaled to zero replicas). No debt is incurred and no late fees are charged. Your account data and project configuration are retained during suspension. Service resumes automatically when you top up your wallet to cover the outstanding plan cost.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
You retain all ownership rights to the application code you deploy through the Service. PT Sarang Nalar Karya retains all ownership rights to the Delt platform, its infrastructure, branding, and all related intellectual property.
By using the Service, you grant Delt a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, run, copy, and display your application code solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PT Sarang Nalar Karya, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or any content or applications you deploy through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, PT Sarang Nalar Karya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have topped up to your wallet in the 12 months preceding the claim. For users on the Hobby (free) plan who have not made any wallet top-ups, the liability cap is Rp 0.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Delt does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage and does not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or service credits for downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduled maintenance in advance.
Features labeled as "beta," "preview," or "experimental" are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. These features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Use of beta features is at your own risk.
PT Sarang Nalar Karya shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: cloud provider outages (Google Cloud Platform, Supabase), natural disasters, government actions or regulations, pandemic-related disruptions, cyberattacks, and failures of third-party infrastructure.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account through the Service settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your deployments will be stopped, Kubernetes resources will be destroyed, and your account data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Wallet balances are non-refundable upon termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.
